Age innapropriate allows us to play with intense themes and make them less graphic whilst still being emotive.


Illyria is a region in the western part of the Balkan Peninsular inhabited by the illyrians.
in greej mythology, the name Illyria is traced to Illyrius, the son of Cadmus and Harmonia who eventually ruled illyria and became the eponymous ancestor of the Illyrians.

Bryony Lavery

born 1947 in yorkshire, she was married to a man until her early 30's but now identifies as gay. 

began career as an actress but turned to writing when there was no good female roles for her so she decided to write plays with better parts for women often with a feminist undertone. she has wrote plays for National theatre connetions, frantic assembly, bbc radio and more.
